1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Strive Enterprise ("Sponsor"), a company legally registered in Las Vegas, Nevada. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on August 6, 2026, at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on September 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET) ("Contest Period"). Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Open to legally operating businesses located in the United States, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, whose authorized representative is at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Strive Enterprise are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, applicants must complete the free 5-minute website audit form available at:

during the Contest Period. Completion of the audit form constitutes entry into the contest. Limit one (1) entry per business.

5. Selection of Winner

This is a skill-based, judged contest. There is no random drawing. All qualifying entries will be evaluated by Sponsor based on the following judging criteria:

Each criterion will be weighted according to Sponsor's internal evaluation process. Sponsor will select a winner within five (5) business days following the end of the Contest Period. The entry that best meets these criteria, as determined by Sponsor's judges, will be selected as the winner. Judges' decisions are final.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complete website rebuild with an approximate retail value of $10,000.00 USD. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, business name, and project details for promotional purposes (e.g., case study, marketing materials) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that is fraudulent. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control impair the integrity of the contest.

10. Limitation of Liabilitye

By entering, participants release Sponsor from any liability related to participation in this contest or the awarded prize.
